Hi all... My MSN live messenger 8.5.1302.1018 opens and after 1 mins crashs,
tried restarting computer but it keeps crashing...
(the report shows error on kernel32.dll)

Can you explain me what is happening?

MSN support is very good answering emails on support issues. Use the Help
links in your MSN software and contact them.
