Greetings to all
At the risk of being told I should be in another newsgroup, I am one more
person who has been forced by circumstance to buy a new laptop which
(naturally) comes with Vista Home Premium. I tried to install MSN Premium and
I kept getting the message that Windows has a problem and is closing the
program down. Naturally it does't say what the problem is. Yes I have
contacted MSN Premium and yes they sent me to the site to download MSN
Premium 9.5. So I go through the motions, with no better result than before.
Searching through earlier threads in this newsgroup I see how someone made
it install by converting the program to something called "XP SP2
Compatibility", without being kind enough to say how that might be done.
If any kind soul reads this and can advise me I should be very grateful.
