MSN Outlook Connector and Outlook 2003

C

Charles

Greetings all.
When installing my Verizon/MSN software, I was asked to upgrade me Outlook
Connector, which I did.
However, I have lost the ability to send email, whether it's a scheduled S/R
or done manually.
I have about 10 different POP3 email addresses (hosted by others) from which
I send and receive email.
I can still receive emails with no problem. It's just the sending part that
seems to be screwed.
I did a Detect and Repair on Outlook with no success.
Searching the NG's currently, but haven't found anything relevant just yet.
Is this a known problem? If there isn't a fix for this, is there a way to
uninstall the connector? Uninstalling the MSN doesn't seem to remove the
connector.

System:
Windows 2000 SP4

TIA

The way to uninstall the Outlook Connector is to go into Outlook, and there
should be a menu item labeld Outlook Connector.. In there should be an
option "Uninstall Outlook Connector".
You may want to try the help in there also.. It may be of some assistance to
you.
Patrick.

Hello Patrick...
I have checked the help file for the Connector... there isn't anything
listed there about this problem.
There also isn't an option listed to uninstall the connector from within
Outlook (disabling the add-in doesn't seem to help either), nor is there an
option to uninstall the Connector via the Add/Remove Programs.
