MSN messenger

I have unticked it in ADD\Remove Programs\Windows Components. However, when I
launch MSN Explore, it boots up too. After I removed MSN Explore, some day I
don't know what I clicked, MSN messenger still boots up by itself. How can I
remove it completely from my PC, i.e. no one (other users's accounts have
only user rights) can use it on my PC. Thanks.

There is an Tools | Options... in Microsoft Outllok Express to fire up
Messenger when it starts. Also Messenger has an Options... to fire up when
Windows starts. The same may be true for MSN Explorer.
