Hi,

Can someone please help me?

I have someone who claims that he has all my conversations on MS Messenger
alleging slander etc........ not true I can assure everyone, but he claims
that he has got everything from " MSN Server".

I am taking this person to court over various matters, and would like to
know please......
1. Can he gain access to conversations?
2. Is he breaking any law regarding accessing my personal conversations?
3. What can I do about it?

It is very important and I need some answers as this is very worrying.......
not for court purposes but for security.

I am totally fed up of being accused of things I haven't done.

Many thanks
