MSN LIVE Messenger Incompatibility

T

Terry Smythe

Just installed the new beta version of MSN Live Messenger, and minutes later
was unable to have a recognizeable voice conversation with somebody I
ordinarily never have a problem with. We were both experienceing
excessive "stutter", making it impossible to carry on a conversation.

When I tried to uninstall MSN Live Messenger, I find it does not show up in
the Windows Software uninstall dialog box, nor the main software uninstall
dialog box, so can't uninstall it. In its own directory under c:\Program
Files, there is no uninstall capability.

When I click on "Feedback", nothing happens, that fails to work. When I
click on "Help", nothing happens, that also fails to work.

Any suggestions on how I can uninstall MSN Live Messenger? It has
suddenly become a real impediment, real sorry I installed it.

Please, why install beta software if you're not a developer?

the beta version is being promoted and pushed to whomever. you still run
your previos versions on the same system since the beta did'nt remove or
replace the previous versions on your system. just be sure that both parties
are not logged into the live version.
