Can't remove MSN toolbar for Live toolbar install.

I can't seem to remove/uninstall MSN toolbar. I go
into control panel, click on add/remove programs,
I see MSN toolbar listed, I click on the entry and
click on remove and nothing happens. Windows
Live toolbar will not install if MSN toolbar is installed.

Any suggestions?
