msn failed to sign in all the time "B.S"

man im angry

well, i realy thought windows knew what they were doing,but
of corse im wrong cause they have to make programs with so
many problems.
Well, my problem is when i click sign in,it sais "signing
in to . net messenger service failed because the password
is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist.if you have
forgotten your password, click help in the main window,and
then click help topics.' ths seems all easy right ,but i
have multiple accounts and they all dont work now ,and i
even tried my accounts on my friends computer and they work
and i signed in to hotmail without any problems.so now i
dont know what to do i had this problem for about 2 months
now and been tring to get help from microsoft themselfes
but show no interest in me so i cry out to you guys for
help . plz if you can i dont care if i can sign in and then
it shuts my computer down ,anything past the sign in screen
is an accomplishment for me right now.

p.s srry for all the complainning if you think im
complainning to much.

This site is hosted by Microsoft....Microsoft does care,
however what alot of people don't take into account for
it that MSN Messenger, Hotmail, MSN Money, Etc...are all
FREE for users...don't forget that!
Microsoft has no over the phone support for any of these
products, and just because MSN is in the title, MSN will
not provide support of these products either. The best
thing you can do is post here...so congrats to you on
that!
Best thing to do is try changing your password...you
don't actuall have to change it...just retype it in, as a
new password...Most times this works.

They can research your error and email you help!
