Windows/MSN Messenger Sign-on

When I try to sign on to either messenger (MSN or
Windows) if I use the link withing the program it wont
work nor will it sign in automaticly so I must click the
sign in as a different user link. But when I do this if I
check the remember my password box it wont sign in, but
as soon as I uncheck it I can sign in. Can you help me
fix this problem so I dont have to reenter my email
address and password everytime.

In this case I think you should just reinstall the
program because there seems to be a problem with the
program. Go to your control panel and click on "Add or
remove programs" and then click msn messenger remove and
delete it. Then go to the msn messenger website and
reinstall it. It should fix the problem. DON'T JUST
REDOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM. If you don't delete it first the
problem will still remain.

Well, thank you but it didnt work. I uninstaled MSN
Messenger and then reinstaled, but I still have the
problem.
