msn dial up window

Hi,
Have any of you had a problem with the MSN 9 log in window popping up every
time you start your system, in other words, pc turns on desk top items load
and then automatically the MSN 9 window pops up without clicking on the MSN
logo requesting it. How do you stop that from happening? I'd like to able to
have this window open only when clicking on logo. If you can help, Thank you
very much.

Go to run,type:services.msc In msc,locate the msn service,double click on it,
in properties window,select manual start from the auto start its probably now
in,close out msc.

tools/options/general/tick or untick box were it says log on

Thanks, but couldn't find msn service under msc, do you have any other
suggestions?
