msn and hotmail problems

my problem started a few days ago with a message that popped up.i
reads as follows:
"the system has detected that a third party application has remove
n-case possibly without your consent this may cause some programs no
to run as expected."
Now i cannot connect to msn or msn messenger or hot mail for som
reason it does not recognize my password.However
i can get on msn and get my hotmail by using netscapes browser.Why doe
it work with netscape and not IE? msn messenger does not work wit
either browsers.

nCase is a browser hijacker that effect Internet Explorer,
not Netscape or Mozilla.

Use SpyBot search and destroy to remove all traces of nCase,
including the registry change that is calling the ncase
program and failing and stopping the use of IE.

There probably a registry entry that calls for opening ncase
and since it has been removed that command is not satisfied.
You could search the registry for the line and change the
value of the command from a 1 to 0.
