Windows XP MSN 7.5 Help

hi i need help, i have just downloaded the new msn 7.5 and when i try to sign in it comes up troubleshoot i have looked it up on the internet and done everything its told me to do but it still doesnt seem to be working can anybody help !
 
I'm sure to run anything 7 and above you need to install the new Java VM

Easily found on the web and its free. It's about 15MB so wont take too long.

Can you give anymore info on the error message your getting?
