messenger 7.5

iam trying to use msn 7.5, i use to have msn 8.0 but its a problem most of
the time. know i have downloaded the 7.5 again, but it intalls correctly,
when i click to initialize, its comes an error saying UNICOWS.DLL. how can i
salve the problem...very urgent please.

before installing a older version to a new version, make sure that you
unistall the new version first. read here to unistall, and you need to
reinstall back again:

Greetings,

Assuming you're using Windows XP, this problem can usually occur when Messenger it set into
compatibility mode. To check, click Start, then Run, type "%programfiles%\MSN Messenger" and
click OK. Right click on msnmsgr, choose Properties and then click the Compatibility tab.
Make sure nothing is checked and then click OK.

Then try running Messenger again.
