msinfo32.exe opens Help & Support Centre

Hi,
I've read through some of the other posts and i'm surprised how many people
are having the same problem.
I already tried Wesley Vogel's advice and downloaded the zip folder.
But I prefer the re-installation of the index.dat file.
Can somebody send me a copy so I can forget about this nagging problem?

Rebuilding the Help Center re-creates the index.dat file automatically.
