Msinfo has disappeared

I used to be able to get a lot of system information by typing msinfo32.exe
in >start > run.

However, if I do that now I only get the "Help and Support Center".

I tried the fix from Kelly's XP corner without success (fixwinixphelp.vbs).

I did a repair install of WinXp without success.

What is going on here?
 
I started getting just Help & Support and no System Information, too.
I've been using Start/Run and entering:
msinfo32 /categories +all -loadedmodules

Someone had posted that before and to whomever did a big thank you.
