MSIE

I have e commerce web site that is powered by oscommerce. It will not process
repeat customers orders, when they are using MSIE. Yet they can process
repeat orders when they are using firefox. Any ideas how this can be resolved.

First thing I would try is posting the question to an IE newsgroup instead of
an Access one.
