Mshome is not accessable

That is the error message I get when trying to view "my network places". I cannot find a way to enable or deny access as the administrator. Since the work group cannot be accessed I cannot share the printer I need to in this small network.

Ensure all firewalls are disabled or removed while troubleshooting. The XP's firewall is only intended for direct connections to the Internet and must be disabled on local area networks. Make sure each machine has a common subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and the same workgroup name.
