user can't access mshome workgroup

user 'owner' can access mshome workgroup on network but when another user
logs in on the same compute they can't access mshome workgroup on the
network. Both users can access a shared broadband connection to the internet.

Problem solved. New update of Norton Internet Security didn't put local
network in trusted zone. After adding local network to trusted zone, network
is now accessible. Previous versions of Norton added the local network to
trusted zone by default.
