MSDN Downloads

How does one obtain MSDN downloads? The download manager from Microsoft has
been unable to function for months. I have tried both Windows XP Home and
Professional environments. I have tried leaving the computer on for days
but my priority for downloads seems to be zero.

I know the items can be downloaded because I was able to obtain Quick Basic.
Everything else has been pending for months. If I try to hurry the process
along, the only thing that happens is I am asked to select a download
directory folder.

MSDN downloads work fine.
Try another computer.
