Ok, JS,
I will take a look at that and get back to you with the results - Is
there anyway in Process Explorer to create a log of activity? I
looked through everything and did not locate anything?

Thanks again for your help.

Near the top of Process Explorer you should see a real time graph of your
CPU usage, if you move the mouse pointer over to and on top of any point or
spike in the graph you should see a small window pop up showing exactly was
cause the CPU load at that point in time.

You can change the CPU sample rate by selecting View/Update Speed.
Also View/Select Columns/Process Performance tab provides additional
options.

No logging ability that I'm aware of, only has a snapshot (save as) option.

What you might want to look at is Process Monitor which does have logging.
Word of warning, it generates a lot of data entries so you might want to
experiment with the filter options to eliminate a lot of redundant and non
applicable data. It will take a little trial and error until you can make
effective use of this utility. Will it be of any help, I can't tell you but
it just might.
