msconfig missing

how do you edit (without going into the registry) the
stuff loading at boot if the msconfig command says it is
missing

Hi,

Windows 2000 does not have it's own version of msconfig.
Instead you can use third party products from the
internet. Below is a link to one of these:

There are a number of products on the internet. But shop
around for the one you seem most happy with.
