msconfig - how to change application path so that it will run

hi , I followed instructions stated on this website and realised msconfig.exe
is not missing but rather application path is missing , thats why i cant run
msconfig. Could somebody give me a help on this. tnx.

I couldn't find this. I guess its this that is causing me problem.

You could also copy msconfig.exe into c:\Windows or into
c:\Windows\System32.

If the key (msconfig.exe) does not exist, you need to create one manually:
