msbsr.exe

When I shut down my computer a window pops up saying msbsr.exe stopped
respoding. So I press end now and my computer shuts off. So what is this
msbsr.exe, can I delete it or how do I fix this. Thank You
 
msbsr.exe looks like a malware process. Follow the malware removal advice listed here: http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.php. This helps in eliminating most of the malware, but some complex cases require user intervention and examination of the HijackThis log. If that is the case follow step 8. "IF THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM"
