MS Word 2003 - Print View.

Hey guys,

I have a client who wants to have MS word default to view > print layout.
Like this:

Notice the black borders?

Whenever she opens a NEW document, likely from somones resume, it opens like
this:

Notice the full screen?

She doesn't want to have to go to view > print layout, she just wants it to
default to this.

I was thinking this has something to do with the normal.dot. Any ideas?

"Someone's résumé" is not a "new" document. All documents open in the view
and at the zoom in which they have been saved.
