MS Spyware and Security Center firewall

Please Please someone help me. Every time I run MS Spyware
scan and find spyware, I click the continue button and
then it shuts off my firewall when it is done. What's up
with that?

I am doing what is recommended and this happens....WHY?

I went to microsoft and followed the instructions. When I
rebooted my PC the firewall was still off but when I
clicked on the balloon and the security center came up. I
clicked in the reccommendations and turned it back on. So
everything is A OK. Thanks so much for the quick help!!!
