MS Picture It Programm

In a dispute with Kodak over the availability of a driver for a video camera
of theirs, the tech informed me that the Windows XP CD included the Picture
It Programm.
I just bought the latest WinXP CD and am unable to finde the picture it prog.
Where can I find it? Thanks

The Windows XP CD does not
contain any version of Picture It!
