I Have a new Kodak Camera x7630 and I have tried repeatedly to download the
inclosed cd. I have loaded it I think and when I connect the camera it says
it is transfering the pictures. I cannot find the pictures anywhere. I can
look at the pictures with the Camera on but when I turn it off they disapear.
I thought the
pictures were suppose to download to the hard drive? I got an error code
after
trying to repair stating the "_" was missing in the app. Does that make
sence
to anyone.
 
Hi Randy, there should be an 800 number that you can call at Kodax and they
should be able to help you with your problem, Hope this helps, Bill. I have
a Kodax DX 6340 and it works fine for me on windows XP.
