MS Paint Error

Well first the icom on MSpaint is gone. And when I click either on a
Jpg picture or when launching the application itself, i get this error
" C:\WINNT\System32\mspaint.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

System Restore:
Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore

The restore does not go back far enough...The furthest restore point I
can go is last week. Thats when I had the problem. What other options
do I have?
