MS Outlook XP - Contacts Lists

How do I merge two different Contacts Lists, i.e. mine
with that of a collegue so we both have all the
infromation?

You'd need to provide some more information. What exactly do you mean by
"Contact Lists" and where do these Contacts Lists reside? What version of
Outlook?
