Format and Flags - Outlook 2007

P

PA

I have a collegue who uses flags for his emails. I Outlook 2007, when he
flags an email as complete, a strikethrough appears over the email as it is
listed in the inbox. He doesnt remember how he set that up, it would be
quite useful for me, and I can not figure out how to do it.
Thank you for any guidance.

What type of email account does he use?

He probably used automatic formatting in the view - right click on the row
of field names and choose customize... then automatic formatting. Create an
new automatic formatting rule that when an item is flagged complete, the
font is formatted with the strike thru.
