I had to buy a new PC I had Office on my old 1 can I reuse my activation key
to get Office without Buying the whole package.

This is not a Windows Mail issue. Next time post it to the Office newsgroups.

Meanwhile if you have a MS Office CD that is not an OEM but a Retail version then
you can use that Office CD to install on your new computer and use the key that you
already have and activate by phone explaining the situation.
If the previous Office install came with your old computer (OEM) when you purchased
it then you cannot use it . It passed away with your dead computer
 
Not a lot to do with Mail.
Only if your origonal Office is a retail version and not an OEM version, and
you have the installation cd
