ms office word 2003

asking for a product key?? in the setup? its a new pc i cannot log on to it
without this. please help thank you would be very appriciated!

Find the package of CDs with Microsoft Word.
There should be a sticker affixed with the 25 character Product Key.
Otherwise contact the computer manufacturer since no one here can give you
the key.

I am using Word 2003. I have a document that requires photos with added
captions.
I first inset a photo from file. I then add the caption by adding a new
label and that works fine.
The real problem is when I start moving the photos and captions for better
placement. 1) there is an anchor type logo/sign that shows up and give me a
lot of problems in the placement. Also, I am sure there are things that I do
not understand that is occuring. I want to be able to place 2-3 photos with
captions on same horizontal plane. When I start moving any of this the photos
and/or it is unpredictable where the photos and captions will wind up and I
spend time trying to get them lined up.
Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated
