MS Office 2003

I ran the update for my Windows XP, and since then, I can't get into any of
my MS Office Suite. I reinstalled MS Office Sute Pro 2003, but when I run it
or try to load a document, it says "Microsoft Word not installed for current
user. Please run setup again to install the appication"
I'm the only user on my computer, and I did make sure it said "Run from hard
drive" when I installed Office Suite.
I can't load any documents, or even get into Outlook.

So what happens when you run the setup again like it tells you to?

Same error message. I even uninstalled it completely and installed fresh, no
luck that way either.
