Ms Loop Back adapter in Vista

How to add Ms-Loopback adapter, as iam facing problem in loading mini SAP on
my VISTA enabled system.

Also, tell me how to change the Hosts file.
 
To edit the hosts file open an administrative command prompt (start button,
type command right click on command prompt and choose run as administrator).
Change to the c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc directory and use notepad
hosts
