MS. Config.exe -- How do I turn off TSRS in XP?

Greetings Techno Geeks... I am frustrated in trying to
find the place in windows xp that correlates to windows
98 Config.exe.

Could someone please tell me where/how to find it in XP.
I want to be able to turn off programs living in my tray
that are taking time and memory.

Hey an easy one. Go to Start>Run type: msconfig Select Startup
tab and uncheck any programs you don't want
run on startup. Though this is a terrific free utility.
