MS card reader driver not installed, where to find it?

Our Card reader stopped working and after following the troubleshooting guide
it appears we do not have a driver currently... We are running XP and have
all the updates going

Is there a place to download the driver

The driver is supposed to be built-in XP. If you need more help in
