MS AS wierd "systray" display

Hi,

Sometimes when I boot there is a wierd dialog/tray appears in the middle
of the screen that list getserv info/trayinfo/scaninfo. These all apear to
be buttons, but they do not disppear when pressed. Closing the dialogue
gets rid of them, but then the MS AS icon does not appear in the taskbar.

Manually starting MS AS is okay and the programme seems to be okay from
that point on.

Q: How can I repair the install?
