MS Antispyware wont install.......

How can I get MS Antispyware to install? I keep getting an error that the
install process isn't correctly installed. WHAT install process? It's an
Exe you execute ??!?!?!???!.

How do I install the installer correctly and is separate from the
Antispyware.exe I downloaded from the MS site?

Download the latest version of MS Antispyware from here

The latest update came out a few hours ago.

If you have trouble installing it, try rebooting and then repeat.

I'll just pass on it thanks..... and stick with AdAware and SpyBot. I
have enough aggravation right now.
