MS Antispyware & Hotmail Cookies

My third party cookies have been checked allowed so I can access my hotmail
account, but since I installed the MS Antispyware the MSN Hotmail says my
cookies are not activated even though they are still checked to allow them in
Internet Explorer.

Is there somewhere else I need to look to allow these cookies? I can't find
any toggle or anything on the MS Antispyware .

View the privacy report when at hotmail to see if IE blocked the cookies.
You can allow them by clicking on the site name in the list.

You say "when at hotmail" do you mean while in my hotmail account? If so, I
can't get in because of this problem. OR - If you mean when at the sign-in
for hotmail, how do I access the privacy report from there?
