MS Antispyware expiration

Hello,
The MS antispyware says it's expiring on 7/31/2005 and to
contact MS for an update. So, does this mean there is
a 'new' version coming out that will expire in a year (?)
or that we will have to start paying for this service?

And.. how much?

Its still a beta product that will eventually expire. Between now and the
expiry date a second beta will be provided for testing, the final version
will be made available to all licensed Windows users.
