Version expiration? Also SpybotSD vs Micro. Antispyware?

the micro. antispyware says that it will expire on july 31
2005 ... what does this mean? do i have to order it or pay
for it?? i thought it was free??

also how come SpybotSD will catch spyware that micro.
antispyware wont even seem to detect?

Its still a beta product that will eventually expire. Between now and the
expiry date a second beta will be provided for testing, the final version
will be made available to all licensed Windows users.

Could you give us some information on what Spybot is catching?
Cookies/dataminers are not detected during scanning in the beta 1 release of
Microsoft AntiSpyware, may thats what SD is detecting, should be supported
in beta 2.

oh, damn i should have taken a screenshot or made a list
of what SPybot caught, ill make sure i do it next time and
post the results here
