MS Anti-spyware does not detect all spywares

I have scanned my machine using MS anti-spyware and i have
a report that my machine is clean.

After that I scanned my machine using Pests Patrol from CA
and Spy sweeper and they booth reported many un-cleaned
stuff on the same machine!!

Most of those are cookies that are meaningless, but the
systems found traces of other malicious programs.
