MS Access critical update KB832483

Pam

For the past week - my system keeps downloading and
installing the above mentioned critical update. It does
not say to restart my system when done. The update is
not "sticking". How do I get it to "stick". It does this
several times a day.

I just did the update thru the window update option and it
still did not "stick".
