On Windows Server 2000 (SP4) computers I receving next message in the Event Log:
Source: MRxSmb
ID: 8003
The master browser has received a server announcement from <client computer>
computer that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport
Nwlnklpx. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

What's the problem?

No real problem there, just the expected master browser election process
that happens when computers get started up or shut down on a network.
