Need help about some errors end warning in PDC n BDC pls

Hello everybody....i need help about some events: in system log of the
PDC n BDC
i have 1 PDC (srv1) and 1 BDC , errors are in BDC (srv2) and come every

10 min ...


PDC
1. error: Source MrxSmb event id 8003

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer

"XYZ" that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on
transport NetBT_Tcpip_{56C4E87F-C7C5-48A2-8. The master browser is
stopping or an election is being forced.


2. error source BROWSER event id 8021

the browser was unable to retrive a list of servers form the browser
master (comp. name , the comp.name in that event is not a master
browser is a workstation) on the network

BDC

here, err and warn are 3 in 5-10 min (4319 and 8005 2 times)


1. error Source NetBt eventid 4319


A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address
of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in
a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state.


2. warning: Source MrxSmb evend id 8005


The browser has received a server announcement indicating that the
computer SRV2 is a master browser, but this computer is not a master
browser.


3. warning : Source MrxSmb evend id 8005

so i wish to prerevent those errors in th future , my solution is to
restart
the server service in PDC but is a temporary solution coz i have those
errors everyday
pls can any help
