Mp3 Player I/O device error

:Hi there! I really need help i have a creative muvo mp3 player. It was
working perfectly for over a year. All of a sudden when i dragged mp3 or any
other type of docs on my mp3 drive this error appears "E:\ is not accesible.
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."
I tried unistalling re installin the software, used the windows xp help and
support on the computer and still does not want to work. I would be really
grateful for any advice you could give me. Thanks x

Check the Properties of the MP3 player, it may be full, depending on the
capacity (Mb) it will store.

umm i got the same problem i got the same mp3 to but i cant open /G removable
deive coz of an i/o error i reli need help i dun wana buy a new mp3 =[
