Moving sound file into the PPT so it will play on another machine

Hi
I put a midi file into the clip organizer and I read the FAQ about making it
play across the entire presentation, but I couldn't find anything about how
to insert the actual midi file into the presentation so when I email it, the
sound file travels with the slides. According to the info I can find, its
path is still pointed to my D drive, suggesting the music will only work when
I play the PPT on this machine, which is no use to me.
