Moving scroll bar

Hi there

I'm having problems when viewing pages on the browser
using IE6. Sometimes, for no apparent reason, the scroll
bar moves up and down of its own accord, moving the page
up and down as well.

I thought at first that I must have been moving the
mouse, but it happens even when I'm not touching the mouse.

Any ideas why this is happening please?
