An unusual problem has popped up in my browser (IE6 with
Windowx XP). Scroll bars within a web site have become
erratic (the browser scroll bar functions properly).
Clicking the down arrow moves the slide indicator to the
bottom of the slide bar rather than incremental
movements. Clicking within the slide bar gives the same
results. Clicking the up arrow causes the slide to jump
up and then fall back to the bottom. I can put the
cursor in the text and move incrementally with the
keyboard arrows but that is cumbersome when trying to
read or edit long pages of text or HTML. Any ideas for
correcting this issue?
