For any scrolling textbox when view in IE6 if I try to use
the down or up arrows on the box it immediatly scrolls to
the bottom of the box. If I grab the bar and move it it
works fine. But if I try to use the arrows on the right
(like in the box that I am writing this message in) or if
I click in the scroll bar below the bar then it will
scroll all of the way to the bottom of the text. Any ideas
on what might be causing this?
